Our Terms and Conditions

  • All dogs being walked will undergo a trial period to ensure that they are adequately trained and socialised.

  • It is the responsibility of your allocated dog walker and yourself to arrange access to your property and to carry out an initial ‘chemistry meeting’ for you and the walker to discuss your pet/s care, needs and for your dog/s to familiarise themselves with someone new before them letting themselves in for the first time.

  • It is recommended all dogs are insured. Although our team of dog walkers have their own insurance, they won’t be liable in the unlikely event of an accident or emergency unless you believe they were acting negligently.

  • Work will be carried out within a reasonable time, care and skill set but easyDogwalker cannot take responsibility for any damage, injury or death at your property while work is carried out.

  • The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary due to extreme weather conditions (i.e., a heat wave or storm) or a situation out of their control.

  • This is a door to door service, where your dog will be picked up and dropped off in a safe, ventilated vehicle by a responsible dog walker; insured and kitted out to do so. On group walks the travel time isn’t included in the 60 minutes and dogs will be exercised together for a full hour.

  • You will receive a confirmation on the morning of your booking with an estimated time of arrival, an update to let you know your dog is home safe and any pictures and feedback in the afternoon.

  • easyDogwalker reserves the right to cancel at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker and/or other dogs.

  • Dogs will be towelled down with towels provided by easyDogwalker, however if your dog/s require a shower down this may be taken out of the hour session or charged for. Please advise easyDogwalker if any rooms are not to be accessed ie the bathroom.

  • Services will be invoiced to your email at the end of each working month. Payment is to be made within 7 working days as the dog walkers are paid 7 working days in arrears.  £2.50 will be added to your bill if not paid within 14 days.

  • easyDogwalker will provide a service within a reasonable time care and skill set but cannot take responsibility for any damage injury or death at your property while my work is carried out.

  • Please book in advance via bookings@easydogwalker.co.uk with your name, dogs name, date, preferred time and any special instructions. If less than 12 hours’ notice, please book via mobile on 07539 742 400 by text or call/voicemail or directly with your dog walker.  Again, please give your name, dogs name and a preferred time with any special instructions. £2.50 admin fee will be charged for any last-minute bookings (4 hours or less).  This fee is split between the administrator and dog walker.

  • 12 hours’ notice is needed for any cancellation once confirmed, if less i.e. on the morning of the booking, you will still be charged at 50% which is split between the administrator and dog walker as we carefully plan schedules around each booking and once fully booked for that time slot, other booking requests may be rearranged or turned down.

  • easyDogwalker usually operates from 8.30am to 5pm (unless otherwise booked or overnight care). However, in an emergency or if a dog walker has your pet for 24hr care (overnight) you can always get in touch.  If you want to book a walk, check-up or day care to be carried out between 8.30am to 5pm a £2.50 out of hours fee will be applied.
